- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, fresh breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, chopped parsley or cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Form Patties: Shape the mixture into small patties about 1 inch thick, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to prepare it for cooking the rissoles.
- Prepare Basket: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking, then arrange the chicken rissoles in a single layer without overcrowding the basket.
