- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Oils & Seasonings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Cook the Sausage: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is browned and has crispy edges. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the Cabbage: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet, then add the chopped cabbage. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage becomes tender but still slightly crisp.
- Toss Everything Together: Return the cooked sausage and shrimp to the skillet with the cabbage. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors well.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the skillet if desired. Serve the dish hot and enjoy your flavorful fried cabbage with shrimp and sausage.

- Ensure shrimp are peeled and deveined for the best texture and taste.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes along with the smoked paprika.
- Leftover fried cabbage can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- The dish pairs well with steamed rice or crusty bread.
