Instructions
- Blanch Green Beans: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp. Drain and immediately transfer the beans to a bowl of ice water to halt the cooking process. Once cooled, drain thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.
- Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined to create the dressing.
- Combine Salad: In a large mixing bowl, toss together the blanched green beans, thinly sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, toasted slivered almonds, and chopped fresh dill.
- Toss with Dressing: Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to evenly coat everything without bruising the delicate feta.
