Description

This Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pizza is a flavorful homemade pizza featuring tender, seasoned chicken coated in Parmesan Garlic Sauce atop a crunchy baked crust layered with creamy Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and crispy bacon. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or casual gathering, it combines savory and cheesy elements for irresistible taste.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken and Seasonings

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce, small amount for coating chicken

Pizza Crust

  • 2 (6.5 oz) packs pizza crust mix (or pre-made crust), plus ingredients needed according to package directions

Toppings

  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • Dried parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook the chicken thoroughly until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Remove from heat, then toss the chicken with a small amount of Parmesan Garlic Sauce to coat evenly.
  2. Prepare Crust: While the chicken is cooking, prepare the pizza crust following the directions on the package. Once the dough is ready, spread it onto a greased baking sheet. Poke holes in the crust using a fork to prevent bubbling, then bake it in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for 5 to 10 minutes until partially cooked.
  3. Assemble Pizza: Remove the partially baked crust from the oven. Evenly spread the Alfredo sauce over the crust. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer the cooked Parmesan garlic-coated chicken on top. Add the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle chopped cooked bacon over the entire pizza.
  4. Bake: Place the assembled pizza back into the oven at 475°F (245°C) and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted completely and is bubbly.
  5. Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven, garnish with dried parsley, slice, and serve hot for best flavor.

Notes

  • Using pre-made pizza crust can save prep time if preferred.
  • Ensure chicken is cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safety.
  • You can substitute the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce with any equivalent Parmesan garlic sauce if unavailable.
  • For a crispier crust, bake a few extra minutes before adding toppings.
  • Leftover pizza can be refrigerated and reheated in the oven for best texture.
