Instructions
- Prepare the Ricotta Mixture: In a medium bowl, stir together the whole-milk ricotta, 3 tablespoons of honey, vanilla extract, orange zest, and a pinch of sea salt until the mixture is smooth and creamy. For a lighter texture, you may whip the ricotta for 1–2 minutes until fluffy.
- Fill the Phyllo Shells: Spoon or pipe the ricotta mixture evenly into the 15 mini phyllo shells, filling them just before serving to prevent sogginess.
- Add the Pistachio Topping: Sprinkle a generous pinch of finely chopped roasted pistachios on top of each filled shell to add crunch and flavor.
