Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready for baking the roll-ups.
- Prepare the eggs: Beat all 5 eggs in a small bowl, then reserve 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later.
- Scramble the eggs: Pour the remaining beaten eggs into a pan and scramble them gently until cooked through but still moist.
- Prepare dough: Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean work surface and separate it into 8 individual triangles.
- Add cheese: Cut each slice of cheddar cheese in half. Place one half slice of cheese on each dough triangle.
- Assemble roll-ups: Spoon a portion of the scrambled eggs onto each triangle and top with one sausage link.
- Roll up dough: Loosely roll up each triangle starting at the wide end, encasing the filling, and place them seam side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.
