  • ¼ teaspoon (about 1 g) green coffee bean extract (omit for caffeine-free version)

Juices and Liquids

  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) white grape juice
  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) passionfruit juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) pink lemonade

Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberry Base: In a bowl, smash 4 fresh strawberries thoroughly until they become juicy and release their natural sweetness, creating a flavorful base for the drink.
  2. Add Powders and Sweetener: Stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar, ¼ teaspoon of acai powder, and if desired, ¼ teaspoon of green coffee bean extract into the smashed strawberries. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
  3. Combine Juices: In a cocktail shaker, pour 4 tablespoons white grape juice, 4 tablespoons passionfruit juice, and 1 cup of pink lemonade.
  4. Mix Together: Add the strawberry mixture to the cocktail shaker with the juices and shake vigorously to meld all the flavors and chill the mixture.
  5. Prepare Glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to your desired amount.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Pour the shaken strawberry juice mixture over the ice in the glass. Garnish with sliced strawberries inside the drink and place one whole strawberry on the rim for an attractive presentation.
